PRADET Along with the Ministry Of Health, Ministry Of Solidarity Social And Inclusion and other 10 Effective Member Organization Signed the Acceptance Term of the Establishment of Steering Committee Secretariat toward Integrated Service of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in the Community
On September 03rd 2024, PRADET along with Ministry of Health, Ministry of Solidarity Social and Inclusion and 10 other effective members organization signed the acceptance term and approvement of the establishment of steering committee secretariat toward integrated service of mental health and psychosocial support in the community and this event was taken place at MTC meeting hall, Caicoli Dili.
The objective for establishing the steering committee secretariat was to strengthen and ensure the implementation of National Health Action Plan especially on Mental health strategic plan based on the Standard Operational Procedure of integrated referral mental health and psychosocial support in the community to dignify values and principles of human rights of people with mental health problems based on the applicable law and rules, at the same time to strengthen networking among partners on mental health intervention service in Timor-Leste.
There are 42 participants that participated in this event consists of Ministry of Health, Ministry Solidarity Social and Inclusion, International Organization WHO, PHD, and other national organization like; Acbit, , Asosiasaun Juventude Luta Hamutuk ba Futuru Saude Timor Leste, Asosiasaun Profisionais Psikologia de Timor Leste (ASPPTL), Hospitalaria Sagrado Coração de Jejus (HSCJ) and Fundação Ordem Hospitalaria São João de Deus.
